I've seen people coming to their 'first class ever' to show up on the mat with me every week and develop their own home practice.
All you need is to provide a room with sufficient space and I can help with organising mats etc.

The class will start with a short meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques) followed by an asana practice and savasana, the final relaxation.
In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing, enriching the practice with a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice.
During my classes, you will experience the benefits of essential oils and sound healing, with the hope that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
Privates are bespoke sessions built around your individual needs and interest to allow a more in-depth focus on alignment, understanding of breathing techniques, meditation and yoga philosophy. It is a chance to take your practice to a new level.
Private sessions are suitable for one to one tuition or small groups.
